Destigmatising men's mental health,
one chat at a time

What is GoodEnoughChats?

GoodEnoughChats is a passion project to normalise men talking about what's bothering them, before it's too late.

These are chats your mate, brother, dad, son, uncle, cousin, and nephew need to hear, because they shine a light on men's lived experiences of mental health to chip away at the stigma guys often feel about opening up.

GoodEnoughChats is a growing library of chats that will be there when people need to hear them, featuring dozens of powerful, raw conversations with men, spanning age groups, ethnicities, sexuality, and all manner of mental health conditions and experiences.

Everything is purposefully unrehearsed, unscripted, and unedited, just like many of the conversations men will have when they choose to share their own experience for the first time.

The podcast remains at the heart of GoodEnoughChats as the platform continues to evolve into a living, breathing community of experience and advocacy, focused on making it easier for men to talk about their mental health.
